If you’re thinking about booking a boudoir session but still have questions or concerns, the consultation call is the perfect way to get all the details, connect with me, and make sure you’re feeling confident about your decision. The call is casual, fun, and designed to answer all your questions while walking you through the process. Here’s what we’ll cover:
1. Why You’re Interested in a Boudoir Session
We’ll start with a quick chat about why you’re considering a boudoir session. Are you celebrating a milestone like an anniversary or birthday? Looking to boost your confidence? Hoping to treat yourself to an empowering experience? This helps me tailor the session to your vision and make it uniquely you.
2. What the Experience Includes
I’ll explain exactly what’s included in your boudoir session, from professional hair and makeup to wardrobe advice and posing guidance. You’ll learn about:
Wardrobe planning: You’ll receive a welcome guide filled with outfit inspiration and checklists to help you prepare. Plus, we can schedule a FaceTime call to review your outfit choices before the big day.
Hair and makeup: Arrive with clean, dry hair, and a clean and moisturized face and our talented artist will take care of the rest!
The session itself: We’ll spend about 90 minutes shooting, but the entire experience (including hair and makeup) takes about 3 hours.
3. What to Expect During Your Session
We’ll talk about how I’ll guide you through every pose and help you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. Whether it’s your first session or your tenth, you don’t need to know how to pose or feel like a model. I’ll show you everything! You’ll even get to see a few images on the back of the camera during the shoot, so you know everything is coming together beautifully.
4. Your Questions Answered
This is your chance to ask anything that’s on your mind! Whether it’s about what to bring, how the process works, or what to expect after your session, I’m here to make sure you feel fully informed and excited about the experience.
5. Choosing a Date and Booking Your Session
If everything feels like a good fit, we’ll select a session date that works for you. To secure your spot, we’ll go over the session retainer payment, which includes all the amazing benefits we’ve talked about. From there, I’ll send over your contract and informational emails to get you started on this exciting journey!
6. Pricing Information
We’ll also discuss pricing details, including the session retainer and the options available for displaying your images, such as albums, folio boxes, and wall art. I’ll help you understand the range of products and pricing so you can feel confident about what works best for you. You won’t need to make any final decisions until you’ve seen your images, but this conversation helps set clear expectations.
