a love letter to yourself

When was the last time you told yourself “I love you”? Not just in passing, but really meant it. For so many of us, that answer is… never. Maybe it’s time to change that.

Life pulls us in every direction. Work, family, expectations, and everything in between. It’s easy to forget about yourself in the middle of all that. But the truth is, loving yourself isn’t extra. It’s the foundation. It’s how you remember your worth, how you stop hiding the parts of yourself you’ve been told not to show, and how you celebrate who you are right now.

Boudoir is one of my favorite ways to help women do that.

Imagine walking into the studio. The light is soft and warm. Your hair and makeup are being taken care of. For once, you don’t have to do a thing. You bring outfits that feel like you, whether that’s lacy lingerie, an oversized sweater, or even just your favorite bra and underwear. Together we’ll create photos that tell your story. Not a perfect, polished version, but the real one.

When you’re in front of my camera, it isn’t about posing perfectly or pretending to be someone else. It’s about being seen. Every laugh, every quiet moment, every little spark of confidence or nervousness is part of what makes the photos so powerful.
